I ran across this statement while researching “America’s Secret Space Program” which alleged that we HAVE been back to the moon and we have on going projects along those same directions.

November 20, 2007 Elmhurst, Illinois – The whole world knows about September 11, 2001, when the two World Trade towers melted down to New York City streets after terrorist-controlled airliners flew into them. The day before, on September 10th, 2001, then Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, declared his own war on the Pentagon bureaucracy for wasting so much unaccounted money. Sec. Rumsfeld said, “According to some estimates, we cannot track $2.3 trillion in transactions.”

On April 28, 1997, then-Defense Secretary William Cohen gave the keynote address at a Conference on Terrorism at the University of Georgia in Athens. After his talk, Sen. Sam Nunn led a question and answer session with Cohen. In response to a question on new kinds of terrorist threats, the defense secretary said these words,

“Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves. So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations. It’s real…”
