Donny Ray Williams Jr., a former Democratic congressional aide, pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting two women. His face was disfigured by an unrelated acid attack a year after his arrest.

Under the Obama administration, Democrats and progressives are the untouchables. Scandals and crimes that would have buried any political figure not too long ago still have the same effect on Republicans and conservatives while Democrats, more often than not, get a free pass.

Donny Ray Williams is a former Democrat congressional aide who, last year, pleaded guilty to raping two women. According to reports, in 2010, Williams subdued his first victim, an intern, by drugging her with Ambien before assaulting her. Later that year, he claimed his second victim, who was too drunk to give proper consent.

However, due to an unrelated incident, Williams will not be serving any jail time.

In 2013, as Williams was walking down Washington Street, a man attacked him by pouring acid on his face and body. Williams suffered disfiguring and debilitating injuries from the attack. His lawyer used those injuries to successfully maneuver the judge into giving him five years probation in lieu of prison time.

The decorated admiral, speaking to the National Press Club earlier this year, voiced his grave concern that sympathizers of radical Islam have infiltrated the deepest corners of American intelligence.

Lyons is hopeful that a Republican Congress can “stem the tide of Muslim extremists attaining powerful positions within the nation’s intelligence community.”

“No question we’ve got a hell of a job ahead of us with the Muslim Brotherhood penetration in every one of our national security agencies, including all our intelligence agencies,” warned Lyons.

The admiral even made a subtle reference to CIA director John Brennan, “our lead intelligence agency headed by a Muslim convert, (so) this is not going to be an easy task.” (H/T Western Journalism)

Lyons criticized American leadership’s refusal to act in vital situations such as the Iranian hostage situation.

“Here we are today,” Lyons observed. “Political correctness has neutralized all our military leadership.”

Then Lyons removed any doubt what he was talking about.

“The threat is Islam, let’s make no mistake about it. There’s no such thing as radical Islam,” exclaimed the admiral. Because, he noted, there is no such thing as “moderate Islam.”
