It’s about positioning US military troops to be ready to activate in US cities when the post-election riots begin and Trump invokes the Insurrection Act.

Trump is cleverly using Operation Warp Speed as a military deployment operation, under the cover of a vaccine distribution operation which no one can criticize, because vaccines can never be questioned.

With left-wing insurrectionists planning a mass uprising immediately after the election, Trump has figured out a way to immediately counter them.
