Quarles Harris Jr., 24, who had been cooperating with a federal investigators, was found late Thursday night slumped dead inside a car, in front of the Judah House Praise Baptist Church in Northeast, said Cmdr. Michael Anzallo, head of the department’s Criminal Investigations Division. Cmdr. Anzallo said a police officer was patrolling the neighborhood when gunshots were heard, then Lt. Harris was found dead inside the vehicle, which investigators would describe only as a blue car.
Emergency medics pronounced him dead at the scene. City police said they do not know whether his death was a direct result of his cooperation with federal investigators. ”We don’t have any information right now that connects his murder to that case,” Cmdr. Anzallo said. Police say a “shot spotter” device helped an officer locate Lt. Harris. A State Department spokeswoman yesterday declined to comment, saying the investigation into the passport fraud is ongoing. The Washington Times reported April 5 that contractors for the State Department had improperly accessed passport information for presidential candidates Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Barack Obama and John McCain, which resulted in a series of firings that reached into the agency’s top ranks.

Obama’s Own Doctor Slams ObamaCare as ‘Failure’…
Recently, the MSM were shocked by the news that a girlfriend in Obama’s Dreams book was a composite. For many, such news comes as no surprise. The concept of a composite presidency certainly comes as no shock as someone who participated as a contributor and authored evidence presented at Sheriff Joe Arpaio’spress conference on Obama’s long-form birth certificate report. On the heels of these events — and taking advantage of an anniversary of the bin Laden raid — are recent campaign tactics to politicize the killing of Osama bin Laden. With the re-emergence of another round of gutsy call faux heroism regarding Obama’s decision, it may also be a good time to revisit the famous “Situation Room” photo released by the White House. Is it Photoshopped? Like everything else Obama does to make a political point, is the photo a composite as well?
Beyond the obvious blurred photo in front of Hillary Clinton, are there other hints of manipulation? A Swedish paper makes the observation that Obama looks like a midget in the chair despite his six-foot-plus stature. When comparing the size of the surrounding people in the photo to Obama, the photo certainly gives the impression that Obama’s head (or possibly the entire body) was placed into the photo and resized a tad too small. And as a side-note observation: why is everyone in the room dressed in work attire — as if they went to work that day — except for Obama?
Compare the size of surrounding heads in the “Situation Room” photo to the size of Obama’s head. Even if you use a perspective argument — in which objects appear smaller at a greater distance — then why are the faces behind Obama still larger? Marshall Webb’s head is larger as well, and keep in mind that Marshall is sitting next to Obama (on the same plane).
Referring back to the “Situation Room” photo again, look at the difference in head size between 
Obama and Biden (in the “Situation Room” photo), and then contrast with differences in size from other photos found of Obama and Biden. The height and head shapes are comparatively similar in size for the vast number of photos seen of the president and VP.
Another observation focuses (no pun intended) on the eyes of everyone in the room. A large and overexposed sharpened image of the “Situation Room” can be viewed here that offers a clear glimpse into the various pairs of eyes. Follow the direction of the center offocus for all the surrounding faces in the room. When zoomed in closely, the eyes are clear and detailed for many of these faces. However, not only do Obama’s eyes lack detail in this overexposed photo, but the direction of his glance appears to be
pinpointing a higher plane than that of everyone else in the room. It was reported here that the famous picture was taken not in the situation room, but rather from a smaller conference room next to the situation room. A search
for images of this conference room suggests that monitors are mounted on the wall just slightly above eye level when sitting — which is consistent with the gaze level of the surrounding members in the photo.

bank, for the first time clearing a takeover of a US bank by a Chinese state-controlled company.
Just days after high-level US-China economic talks in Beijing, the Federal Reserve approved an application from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China to buy a majority stake in the US subsidiary of Bank of East Asia.
The transaction will make ICBC the first Chinese state-controlled bank to acquire retail bank branches in the United States.
ICBC has been the most aggressive of China’s “big four” banks in expanding overseas.
According to the Fed the bank has total assets of roughly $2.5 trillion.

Last week’s earnings report from General Motors revealed a troubling statistic for shareholders. GM’s market share for North America shrunk from 18.3% a year ago to 16.7% for the latest quarter. Not coincidently, a survey by Yahoo Autos revealed that a full 13% of consumers would now “never” consider purchasing a GM vehicle while another 15% are less likely to purchase. A negative perception of the auto bailout process and the continued political overtones at GM are the reasons for the boycott.

And most recently, requests made by the DHS for the procurement of 450 million rounds of hollow-point ammunition only fuels speculation of an upcoming tragic event expected on American soil.

As an additional example of Obama’s illegal and (I believe) highly treasonous behaviors, on 1 May and 2 May Obama issued two additional unconstitutional and illegal Executive Orders. The first E.O., issued 1 May 2012, makes the USA subject to “international
regulations” as opposed to looking to and following the US Constitution. Also, with this new E.O., the US FDA will now be able to be bypassed by International committees—thus, replacing the FDA with any international group which may be chosen. In essence, Obama is quickly eliminating US Sovereignty and selling the USA to the international “community.”
The second E.O. issued in 2 days was signed by Obama on 2 May 2012. This E.O. instructs the USA to bow to international regulations instead of the US Constitution and Businessweek reports: “Obama’s order provides a framework to organize scattered efforts to promote international regulatory cooperation, the chamber’s top global regulatory official said today.
“Today’s executive order marks a paradigm shift for U.S. regulators by directing them to take the international implications of their work into account in a consistent and comprehensive way,” Sean Heather, vice president of the chamber’s Center for Global Regulatory Cooperation, said in an e-mailed statement.” This also brings the USA closer to becoming a “North American Union” and—also—eliminating its sovereignty—in toto.

After months of heavy thinking and the expenditure of countless campaign dollars, Barack Obama’s reelection team has finally settled on a slogan which embodies the president’s leadership and crystallizes the myriad hopes and dreams of a desperate and weary American public.
And that slogan is: “Forward.”
That’s it. Not even an exclamation point (not that one is deserved). Just one word…and one which is even less meaningful than 2008’s demonstrably empty “Hope” and “Change” or even the grandly self-congratulatory “We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.”
Still, Hope n’ Change can understand the appeal of the word “Forward” to Obama’s campaign team. Because it’s the opposite of “Rewind” – a word which would invite voters to actually review Barack Obama’s disastrous, debt-ridden, America-diminishing first term. And that’s certainly no way to win reelection.
Moreover, “Forward” has a long history of being a rallying cry for certain political movements. Specifically, Marxism and socialism, which may come as a surprise to the Obama camp…or may not. And of course, “Forward, Forward” also enjoyed tremendous popularity as a Nazi marching song, so maybe it’s just the ticket to motivate black voters to (in Obama’s words)”take off your bedroom slippers and put on your marching shoes.”
Frankly, the idiocy of choosing “Forward” as a campaign slogan is emblematic of the wretched decision making shown by this president in all areas, and the degree to which he and his cronies are out of touch with reality.
Because when America is speeding towards an economic cliff, the last thing we want to hear from the guy driving the bus is “Forward!”

The danger of GMO’s
The question of whether or not genetically modified foods (GMO’s) are safe for human consumption is an ongoing debate that does not seem to see any resolution except in the arena of public opinion. Due to lack of labeling, Americans are still left at a loss as to whether or not what is on the table is genetically modified. This lack of information makes the avoiding and tracking of GM foods an exercise in futility. Below are just some of the food products popularly identified to be genetically modified:
1. Corn – Corn has been modified to create its own insecticide. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has declared that tons of genetically modified corn has been introduced for human consumption. Monsanto has revealed that half of the US’s sweet corn farms are planted with genetically modified seed. Mice fed with GM corn were discovered to have smaller offspring and fertility problems.
2. Soy – Soy has also been genetically modified to resist herbicides. Soy products include soy flour, tofu, soy beverages, soybean oil and other products that may include pastries, baked products and edible oil. Hamsters fed with GM soy were unable to have offspring and suffered a high mortality rate.
3. Cotton – Like corn and soy, cotton has been designed to resist pesticides. It is considered food because its oil can be consumed. Its introduction in Chinese agriculture has produced a chemical that kills cotton bollworm, reducing the incidences of pests not only in cotton crops but also in neighboring fields of soybeans and corn. Incidentally, thousands of Indian farmers suffered severe rashes upon exposure to BT cotton.
4. Papaya – The virus-resistant variety of papaya was commercially introduced in Hawaii in 1999. Transgenic papayas comprised three-fourths of the total Hawaiian papaya crop. Monsanto bestowed upon Tamil Nadu Agricultural University in Coimbatore technology for developing papaya resistant to the ringspot virus in India.
5. Rice – This staple food from South East Asia has now been genetically modified to contain a high amount of vitamin A. Allegedly, there are reports of rice varieties containing human genes to be grown in the US. The rice will create human proteins useful for dealing with infant diarrhea in the 3rd world. China Daily, an online journal, reported potential serious public health and environment problems with genetically modified rice considering its tendency to cause allergic reactions with the concurrent possibility of gene transfers.
6. Tomatoes – Tomatoes have now been genetically engineered for longer shelf life, preventing them from easily rotting and degrading. In a test conducted to determine the safety of GM tomatoes, some animal subjects died within a few weeks after consuming GM tomatoes.
7. Rapeseed – In Canada, this crop was renamed canola to differentiate it from non-edible rapeseed. Food stuff produced from rapeseed includes rapeseed oi (canola oil) l used to process cooking oil and margarine. Honey can also be produced from GM rapeseed. German food surveillance authorities discovered as much as a third of the total pollen present in Canadian honey may be from GM pollen. In fact, some honey products from Canada were also discovered to have pollen from GM rapeseed.
8. Dairy products – It has been discovered that 22 percent of cows in the U.S. were injected with recombinant (genetically modified) bovine growth hormone (rbGH). This Monsanto created hormone artificially forces cows to increase their milk production by 15 percent. Milk from cows treated with this milk inducing hormone contains increased levels of IGF-1 (insulin growth factors-1). Humans also have IGF-1 in their system. Scientists have expressed concerns that increased levels of IGF-1 in humans have been associated with colon and breast cancer.
9. Potatoes – Mice fed with potatoes engineered with Bacillus thuringiensis var. Kurstaki Cry 1 were found to have toxins in their system. Despite claims to the contrary, this shows that Cry1 toxin was stable in the mouse gut. When the health risks were revealed, it sparked a debate.
10. Peas – Peas that have been genetically modified have been found to cause immune responses in mice and possibly even in humans. A gene from kidney beans was inserted into the peas creating a protein that functions as a pesticide.

CIA Memo Reveals Admiral, Not Obama, In Charge of bin Laden Raid; No “Gutsy Call” Was Ever Made
The problem is that the so-called “gutsy call” never existed. Putting aside the fact that any President with Mr. Obama’s intelligence information would have made the same call, a new memo released yesterday that Mr. Obama did not make the “final” call, nor was it terribly gutsy. Instead, it shows that the President merely authorized the possibility for going to Abbottabad… and left everything else up to Admiral William McRaven.
The President played practically no role in bin Laden’s death other than being aware of it… if bin Laden was indeed there. It wasn’t gutsy in the least, but one of Mr. Obama’s trademark non-committal commitments. If bin Laden wasn’t there and everything went south, he could have easily pointed to the memo and said, “Gee, I told them to get out if he wasn’t there!” Instead, bin Laden was there and the President took all the credit that he possibly could.

The Barack Obama-approved revolution in Egypt is already producing exciting new changes thanks to the country’s Islamist-dominated parliament. For instance, the minimum age for marriage is being lowered to 14, women will no longer have rights to education or employment, and husbands will now be legally able to have sex with their dead wives for up to six hours following death. After which, the cloud of flies just makes it too hard to see where everything goes.
And while we’re taught not to be judgmental of other cultures, Hope n’ Change has to admit that Islam isn’t exactly covering itself with glory here. When we connect the dots between having sex with virgins in the afterlife, having sex with chickens and children in this life, and having sex with dead women, it seems the unifying idea is for Islamic men to have carnal knowledge with someone who can’t critique their performance.
But before we waggle our fingers too hard at Egypt’s necrophiliacs, it’s only fair to
point out that the situation in the United States is about to get even worse.
Specifically, Barack Obama plans to let the Bush-era Estate Tax cuts expire soon, allowing the government to vigorously defile the dead in ways that would make an Egyptian maggot gag.
This means that the current $5 million exemption and top tax bracket of 35% will change to a $1 million exemption, and a jaw-dropping top tax bracket of 55%. That’s right, 55¢ of each dollar will be taken from families and be given to the government, even though every dollar had already been taxed to the legal limit during the owner’s lifetime.
In real world terms, this means that if a business owner dies, his or her family will probably have to sell the business just to pay the government ghouls. Family farms won’t be passed down to children. And more than half of everything that an individual earned in a lifetime will simply be taken by Washington…the better to fund lavish parties for the GSA, campaign trips for lying politicians, and all-expense paid luxury vacations for first ladies.
All considered, we think that Egyptian’s “post mortem whoopee” law is more civilized than Obama’s Estate Tax law.
Because as distasteful as it is to see death as an invitation to have sex with an individual, it’s even worse when it’s used as permission to screw entire families.
In other lands, the laws are not like ours. Or maybe they are.

When news came out that a third “Fast & Furious” gun had been used in the brutal killing of US Patrol Border Agent Brian Terry, and the gun had subsequently been hidden by the Justice Department to disguise their involvement, people wanted to know “where is Eric Holder” to give answers?
When the New Black Panthers recently put a price on the head of George Zimmerman, the man accused of shooting Trayvon Martin, law-abiding folks again asked “where is Eric Holder? Why isn’t he arresting those people?”
And only days ago, when a white man was beaten nearly to death by a mob of blacks using chairs, pipes, and paint cans in the name of “justice for Trayvon,” people again found themselves asking “where is Eric Holder?!” And now we know.
He was busy filing a far more important legal action: in this case, suing the city of Jacksonville, Florida for requiring black firefighters to take the same written exams as every other firefighter in order to qualify for promotions.
The Justice Department argues that the tests have “disparate impact” on black firefighters because those firefighters get significantly lower scores than white firefighters…and therefore, the results can only be explained by racism, and such testing needs to be stopped immediately. Based on this logic, we assume that Mr. Holder will also be filing suit against the SAT testing service, since Asians tend to score better than other ethnic groups…and therefore that test must be racist.
Unless, of course, it isn’t – and instead reflects things like how hard someone has studied, the quality of their education, and – just possibly – their innate mental ability. And all three of those qualities should be legitimate concerns when weighing leadership positions within life-and-death professions like firefighting.
Frankly, Hope n’ Change finds it unacceptable that Mr. Holder would assert that in the 21st century, with one black man as president and another as Attorney General, African-Americans are simply incapable of competing scholastically with other ethnicities.
On the other hand, if he’s right it might explain why Holder previously pronounced Arizona’s immigration law unconstitutional without ever having read it.
Maybe he thought he couldn’t.

Yes, it’s all George Bush’s fault! President Obama is nothing more than a puppet in the never-ending failed Bush administration. If only George Bush wasn’t still in charge, all of President Obama’s problems would be solved. His promises would have been kept, the 
economy would be back on track, Iran would have stopped its work on developing a nuclear bomb and would be negotiating a peace treaty with Israel. North Korea would have ended its tyrannical regime, and integrity would have been restored to the federal government.
Oh, and did I mention what it would be like, if the Democrats, under the leadership of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, didn’t have the heavy yoke of George Bush around their necks? There would be no ear marks, no closed-door drafting of bills, no increase in deficit spending, no special-interest influence (unions), no vote buying ( Nebraska, Louisiana ).
If only George Bush wasn’t still in charge, we’d have real change by now.
All the broken promises, all the failed legislation and delay (health care reform, immigration reform) is not President Obama’s fault or the fault of the Democrat-controlled Congress. It’s all George Bush’s fault !
Take for example the attempt of Eric Holder, the president’s attorney general, to hold terrorists’ trials in New York City. Or his decision to try the Christmas Day underpants bomber as a civilian.
Two disastrous decisions.
Certainly those were bad judgments based on poor advice from George Bush!

You might recall when Scott Brown won the election to the U.S. Senate from Massachusetts, capturing “The Ted Kennedy Seat”, President Obama said, Brown’s victory was the result of the same voter anger that propelled Obama into office in 2008. People were still angry about George Bush and the policies of the past 10 years. And they wanted change.
Yes, according to the president, the voter rebellion in Massachusetts , was George Bush’s fault.

Liberals have leapt on the shooting death of Trayvon Martin in Florida to push for the repeal of “stand your ground” laws and to demand tighter gun control. (MSNBC’S Karen Finney blamed “the same people who stymied gun regulation at every point.”)
This would be like demanding more funding for the General Services Administration after seeing how its employees blew taxpayer money on a party weekend in Las Vegas.
We don’t know the facts yet, but let’s assume the conclusion MSNBC is leaping to is accurate: George Zimmerman stalked a small black child and murdered him in cold blood, just because he was black.
If that were true, every black person in America should get a gun and join the National Rifle Association, America’s oldest and most august civil rights organization.
Apparently this has occurred to no one because our excellent public education system ensures that no American under the age of 60 has the slightest notion of this country’s history.
Gun control laws were originally promulgated by Democrats to keep guns out of the hands of blacks. This allowed the Democratic policy of slavery to proceed with fewer bumps and, after the Civil War, allowed the Democratic Ku Klux Klan to menace and murder black Americans with little resistance.
(Contrary to what illiterates believe, the KKK was an outgrowth of the Democratic Party, with overlapping membership rolls. The Klan was to the Democrats what the American Civil Liberties Union is today: Not every Democrat is an ACLU’er, but every ACLU’er is a Democrat. Same with the Klan.)
In 1640, the very first gun control law ever enacted on these shores was passed in Virginia. It provided that blacks — even freemen — could not own guns.
Chief Justice Roger Taney’s infamous opinion in Dred Scott v. Sandford circularly argued that blacks could not be citizens because if they were citizens, they would have the right to own guns: “[I]t would give them the full liberty,” he said, “to keep and carry arms wherever they went.”
With logic like that, Republicans eventually had to fight a Civil War to get the Democrats to give up slavery.
Alas, they were Democrats, so they cheated.
After the war, Democratic legislatures enacted “Black Codes,” denying black Americans the right of citizenship — such as the rather crucial one of bearing arms — while other
Democrats (sometimes the same Democrats) founded the Ku Klux Klan.
For more than a hundred years, Republicans have aggressively supported arming blacks, so they could defend themselves against Democrats.
The original draft of the Anti-Klan Act of 1871 — passed at the urging of Republican president Ulysses S. Grant — made it a federal felony to “deprive any citizen of the United States of any arms or weapons he may have in his house or possession for the defense of his person, family, or property.” This section was deleted from the final bill only because it was deemed both beyond Congress’ authority and superfluous, inasmuch as the rights of citizenship included the right to bear arms.
Under authority of the Anti-Klan Act, President Grant deployed the U.S. military to destroy the Klan, and pretty nearly completed the job.
But the Klan had a few resurgences in the early and mid-20th century. Curiously, wherever the Klan became a political force, gun control laws would suddenly appear on the books.
This will give you an idea of how gun control laws worked. Following the firebombing of his house in 1956, Dr. Martin Luther King, who was, among other things, a Christian minister, applied for a gun permit, but the Alabama authorities found him unsuitable. A decade later, he won a Nobel Peace Prize.
How’s that “may issue” gun permit policy working for you?
The NRA opposed these discretionary gun permit laws and proceeded to grant NRA charters to blacks who sought to defend themselves from Klan violence — including the great civil rights hero Robert F. Williams.
A World War II Marine veteran, Williams returned home to Monroe, N.C., to find the Klan riding high — beating, lynching and murdering blacks at will. No one would join the NAACP for fear of Klan reprisals. Williams became president of the local chapter and increased membership from six to more than 200.
But it was not until he got a charter from the NRA in 1957 and founded the Black Armed Guard that the Klan got their comeuppance in Monroe.
Williams’ repeated thwarting of violent Klan attacks is described in his stirring book, “Negroes With Guns.” In one crucial battle, the Klan sieged the home of a black physician and his wife, but Williams and his Black Armed Guard stood sentry and repelled the larger, cowardly force. And that was the end of it.
As the Klan found out, it’s not so much fun when the rabbit’s got the gun.
The NRA’s proud history of fighting the Klan has been airbrushed out of the record by those who were complicit with the KKK, Jim Crow and racial terror, to wit: the Democrats.
In the preface to “Negroes With Guns,” Williams writes: “I have asserted the right of Negroes to meet the violence of the Ku Klux Klan by armed self-defense — and have acted on it. It has always been an accepted right of Americans, as the history of our Western states proves, that where the law is unable, or unwilling, to enforce order, the citizens can, and must act in self-defense against lawless violence.”
Contrary to MSNBC hosts, I do not believe the shooting in Florida is evidence of a resurgent KKK. But wherever the truth lies in that case, gun control is always a scheme of the powerful to deprive the powerless of the right to self-defense.
