What makes Me Me and You You?
This is the question that is at the heart of the genetic puzzle. It is also central to our exploration of blood types. The key is genetic heritage – the story line of your life. However, Type A’s more internalized relationship to stress, which served your ancestors well, can be a challenge for the modern Type A. Handling Stress
In this busy, ever changing world, it’s almost impossible to avoid every day stress. Type As have a naturally high level of the stress hormone cortisol and produce more in response to stressful situations. Cortisol is released in 24-hour patterns, typically in the early morning between six and eight A.M. with a gradual decrease during the day. It helps to cue the body’s other cyclical rhythms. Due to the naturally elevated cortisol in type As, additional stress often manifests in several ways; disrupted sleep patterns, daytime brain fog, increased blood viscosity (thickening), and promotes muscle loss and fat gain. In extreme cases in Type As, stress can manifest in more serious ways, causing obsessive-compulsive disorder, insulin resistance and hypothyroidism. Calming Exercise – The Critical Component for Health and Well Being
Heightened cortisol levels make it harder for Type As to recover from stress. Research has demonstrated that overall cortisol levels can be lowered through a regular program of exercises that provide focus and calming effects. Make these activities a regular – and life saving – part of your lifestyle. Dr. D’Adamo recommends, Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation and Deep Breathing Exercises. Meditation has been studied for its effects on stress hormones. It was found that after meditation, serum cortisol levels were significantly reduced. Writes Dr. D’Adamo, “While it’s fine for Type As to participate in more intense physical activity when healthy and in good condition, be aware that these forms of exercise do not act as safety valves for stress in your blood type. I have seen Type As excel at weight lifting and aerobic activities, but you have to be careful about not overtraining, as that will actually raise cortisol levels.”

The Personality Connection
Blood Type is a marker of individuality – and perhaps of personality as well. In Japan, it has long been believed that Blood Type is an indicator of personality – in fact, you are likely to be asked your blood type in a job interview or while out on a date with a potential mate! In a study conducted by Dr. D’Adamo in 1999, he found some interesting connections between blood type and personality. Type As most often described themselves in ways related to the following characteristics: sensitive to the needs of others, good listeners, detail oriented, analytical, creative and inventive.

Live Right!
In addition to exercise, stress management and eating the right foods, here are some key lifestyle strategies for Type A individuals.

• Cultivate creativity and expression in your life
• Establish a consistent daily schedule
• Go to bed no later than 11:00 PM and sleep for eight hours or more. Don’t linger in bed, as soon as you get up, get going!
• Take at least two breaks of twenty minutes each during the work day. Stretch, take a walk, do deep breathing exercises or meditate.
• Don’t skip meals
• Eat more protein at the start of the day, less at the end
• Don’t eat when you are anxious
• Eat smaller, more frequent meals.
• Engage in thirty to forty five minutes of calming exercise at least three times a week.
• Plan regular screening for heart disease and cancer prevention.
• Always chew food thoroughly to enhance digestion. Low stomach acid makes digestion more difficult.

New Government Regulations Signify Crackdown On Natural Health

After much deliberation, new European Union regulations have come into place banning hundreds of traditional herbal remedies. Under the guise of “protecting” consumers from these “dangerous” supplements, the European Union has opened the flood gates to an onslaught of new legislation designed to cut off access to alternative health supplements worldwide, setting the precedent for the government to tell us what we can and cannot put in our own bodies.

The rules allow for only “long-established and quality-controlled medicines” to be sold to consumers, limiting the advancement of any new companies or establishments that the government does not deem to be “quality” by their own terms. This type of governmental regulation of nutritional supplements may soon spill over to the food industry, where government involvement may be even more cause for concern.

Theoretically, this was to find out what the gun-smuggling channels were…although this is so mind-bogglingly stupid that a broadly held opinion is that the program was actually intended to give guns to violent Mexican criminals so that our government could pretend to “discover” the weapons had been purchased in our country…after which legal domestic gun sales could be curtailed (essentially voiding the Second Amendment).

Of course, the whole plan fell to pieces…except for the part where the guns got into the hands of bloodthirsty criminals, and people started being killed – including two American Border Patrol agents. In fact, dozens or even hundreds of people may have been killed with the guns…the number will never be known because when Mexican police tried to trace the serial numbers, American authorities went into butt-covering mode and said that the numbers were untraceable.

On May 3, 2011, Eric Holder told Congress that he “probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks.” Only we now know that he’d been fully informed almost a year earlier.

Holder’s office has since pointed out that he did say “probably,” and may have had his fingers crossed. They additionally clarified that Holder knew about Fast & Furious, but he meant that he didn’t know details. And moreover, “You can take it as a finger-waggling fact that he did not have sexual relations with any gunrunning murderers!”

The Whitehouse has offered no logical explanation for Holder’s weasel-worded excuses, but has started screaming and swearing at reporters who dare to ask about the story…apparently believing that “the best defense is an offensive offense.”

Frankly, in these tense and contentious times, Hope n’ Change thinks that a long, drawn out perjury trial for Eric Holder should be avoided, as there are faster and more reliable ways of getting to the truth.

Which is why he should be water boarded as soon as possible.

Fortunately, Guantanamo Bay still has empty prison cells for people who’ve aided in the deaths of uniformed Americans.

Meyer radioed his superiors two request  permission to make a rescue attempt in a gun-mounted armored vehicle. They were denied.

Sarah Palin-affiliated law firm made early-state deadline

Ken Vogel and I both have sources telling us that calls were made on behalf of a mystery candidate to various early states to determine presidential filing deadlines.

The calls were made by representatives of the law firm Baker Hostetler – a firm that employs lawyer Mark Braden, who represents Sarah PAC, her political action committee.

An Italian-American advocacy group is outraged by the decision by the Paterson School District to keep schools open on Columbus Day.

It’s particularly outrageous, the Italian American One Voice Coalition says, because the

Military research has been the source of a number of modern technologies, most notably the Internet.

One is to develop drones with strong facial recognition that prevents the drone from losing a face in a crowd. Others are for machines that can integrate intelligence data with information from an informant to determine your intent.

Part of a broader effort called TTL (for “Tagging, Tracking and Locating”), these new projects will support the Pentagon as it attempts to monitor enemies and insurgents in places like Afghanistan, where the strategy has switched from rebuilding societies to targeting specific individual bad actors.

A drone that recognizes you

Progeny Systems Corporation, which won one of the contracts, is developing a drone that can use photos to create a three-dimensional model of the target’s face.

Progeny’s new project can take a poor-quality (50 pixel) photo of someone with any expression, in any pose and under any lighting and build a 3-D model of his/her face. After the face is initially entered into Progeny’s system, it takes only another 15- or 20-pixel image to recognize him.

The technology is robust enough that it can tell identical twins apart, as evidenced by tests that researchers from Notre Dame and Michigan State Universities ran using images of faces at a “Twins Days” festival.

Drones that read your mind

Another technology, being developed by Charles River Analytics, analyzes human behavior to determine if someone has malicious intent. The technology, called Adversary Behavior Acquisition, Collection, Understanding, and Summarization (ABACUS), compiles behavioral data to determine if a subject has built up anger against the U.S. and might pose a threat.

Similarly, Modus Operandi, Inc. is developing a system that will use “probabilistic algorithms th[at] determine the likelihood of adversarial intent.” Its name is “Clear Heart.”

With only 48 hours remaining in which it could hand out poorly-researched business loans, the Department of Energy just gave out another $1 billion in taxpayer money to two solar energy companies.

But there’s good reason to believe that this won’t be another Solyndra-style debacle. After all, SolarReserve, the company which received most of the money, is associated with one of the members of Solyndra’s board of directors…so surely he must have learned something useful from the total collapse of that company, right?

And since there just wasn’t time to run a comprehensive (or comprehensible) financial check on SolarReserve before handing over $737,000,000, it’s very reassuring to know that its “investment partner” has Nancy Pelosi’s brother-in-law in the number two spot.
And the fact that all of this money is being spent in Harry Reid’s home state? Pure coincidence! But again, it’s comforting to know that the senator (famous for making sure that the federally-funded Cowboy Poetry Festival is efficiently and cost-effectively managed) will be keeping his bitter, hawk-like gaze on how the public’s money is being spent.

Of course, all of this looks a lot like Washington’s typical game of “crony capitalism” smoke and mirrors…and in this case, that’s exactly what it is.
After all, SolarReserve’s big idea is to collect solar energy using lots and lots of expensivemirrors.

As for the smoke…we got a lot of it from the Obama administration when the half-billion given to Solyndra disappeared. So imagine how much there will be when this billion goes up in smoke, too.

Now, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s “Cold Case Posse” has been ordered to investigate the authenticity of President Obama’s birth certificate at the behest of a tea party group. Arpaio became well known for his self promotion as “America’s Toughest Sheriff” and for his stance on the immigration laws in Arizona.

Scanned documents aren’t valid evidence of anything even if they are legitimate. The entire reason there is a professional field known as forensic document examination is that a great deal can be told from examination of the original document itself. Much, much less can be told by looking at a photocopy of a document and very little, if anything at all, can be told from looking at a digital image that purports to be an image of an original document. Too much opportunity for adulteration, no opportunity to examine the paper, the ink, and any impressions made on the paper, etc. These online arguments discussing images are like people studying animals by examining imitation scat.

A Little More On Agenda 21

Found a piece today worth reading.

I should note that most often, the standard reaction to even mentioning “Agenda 21″ in casual company, tends to elicit blank stares, and a bit of a confusion as to why it is such a bad thing. It requires a thinking mind, real consideration and an understanding of human nature, but once properly understood, it is a horrifying plan to anyone that believes in private property rights, the sanctity of life, and liberty.

I am seeing it here in Traverse City.  A “Grand Visioning” has been going on with the classic group manipulation tool set of ‘consensus’ building to make a more ‘perfect community that is ‘livable,’ and ‘sustainable,’ etc..”  As a county commissioner, I have had an opportunity to speak up about what it is, but I must say, there are only a couple of us who understand what Agenda 21 is.

Myself, and another board member, a dedicated socialist, understand what it is.  We simply have different desires with regard to our liberties.  I happen to enjoy, cherish and respect mine.

A Better Jobs Plan

Big Hairy News Editorial – Financial experts have calculated that President Obama’s jobs plan will cost taxpayers $250,000 for every job saved or created. Including interest to the ChiComs, the actual total is a whopping $312,500.00 for every job!

Of course the problem with this new stimulus jobs plan is that it creates a bunch of temporary union construction jobs that end when the bridges are repaired, highways completed, etc. Considering the average infrastructure project lasts approximately 10 – 12 months, that’s a lot of cash spent for such short term results.

Here’s a better idea: Instead of giving Fat Tony and his AFL-CIO buddies a small fortune for next-to-nothing (again),  we need to just give every unemployed individual $62,500 a year for five years. While I realize this is slave wages for Fat Tony and his boys, the average person would be happy as a clam.

And like any person given money they didn’t work for, recipients will blow it on an endless variety of crap they don’t need, giving our economy a healthy shot in the arm that will last for a full five years, versus maybe one for Obama’s plan. Five years from now these people will be able to find real jobs, as conservatives will have had time to undo the damage this administration has inflicted on the private sector.

The logic of this argument is undeniable, and to do otherwise would be retarded. Make it so.

The answer to our young equestrian’s question is, of course, that a horse’s digestive system is long, complicated, and not designed to create applesauce. But that hasn’t stopped Barack Obama from saying that his “American Jobs Act” will cause the government to magically start excreting jobs (“topped with cinnamon!”) if he’s just givenanother half-trillion dollars to feed into the beast.

And where is that half-trillion dollars going to come from? If you said those “evil millionaires and billionaires” who earn $200,000 a year running businesses, you’d be partially right. But surprisingly, with the nation’s poverty rate at new, shocking highs, you could just as accurately say that Obama wants to take that money from the poorest people in America. But how?

Simple.

Despite claiming in his alleged jobs speech that his plan would be entirely funded through spending cuts, almost 90% of the president’s plan would be funded by eliminating deductions for charitable giving. Which means the poor won’t get the efficiently (andprivately) administered money, benefits, and services they desperately need…and Obama will use their money to buy votes, “creating” short term jobs at an average cost of over $250,000 each after the money has worked its way through the system.

And if that’s not horseshit, we don’t know what is.

Out of that fiasco came the Patriot Act, one of the most dangerous freedom-crushing laws in U.S. history — a law which guts the Bill of Rights and is now used against animal rights protestors and other non-terrorist groups, by the way.

Napolitano spreads the fear to prepare the people for false flag attacks

Janet Napolitano, the most prolific propagandizer of fear at DHS, has been busy lately warning people about impeding terrorist attacks around the 9/11 ten-year anniversary. What she’s not telling you, of course, is that the U.S. government itself is the group that’s likely organizing these attacks for its own political purposes. Having a terrorist group take over a nuclear power plant on 9/11 would remind Americans to “be afraid” and surrender to government authority in order to feel a little safer.

It’s classic problem-reaction-solution.

But getting back to the “perfect storm” I mentioned earlier, we now have four factors lining up to support a U.S. government false flag operation:

#1) Obama’s plummeting ratings in the polls. A new terror attack or war is needed to rally the people around the President and save his political career.

#2) The impeding total default on the U.S. debt. What better way to distract people from the reality of financial implosion than to set off a few explosions (or dirty bombs) around the country and blame it on terrorists? Violence which can be blamed on others is always a rallying tactic for governments to engineer loyalty among the people. Watch for the U.S. government to stage an act of violence and blame it on Ron Paul supporters, veterans or people who own gold and firearms.

#3) The need to keep the people in line. Today, people are starting to question authority. They’re fed up with the TSA. The way to silence all these people and portray anti-government speech as “acts of terrorism” is to blow something up and, ideally, blame it on white American extremists. #4) As a Big Government bonus, they can also go after all the gun owners who really represent the last line of resistance against government tyranny. This was the whole point behind Operation Fast & Furious, in which the U.S. government has now been caught actually selling thousands of weapons to Mexican drug gangs, in the hopes that those weapons would then be used in violent criminal acts back in the USA. In reaction to this new wave of “gun violence,” the government could call for a new ban on all gun ownership — and such an act has always been a prelude to total government tyranny against its own people. (Hitler confiscated all guns right before launching his genocidal attacks on the Jews. It’s always easier to commit genocide if the innocents don’t shoot back…)

These are the big four reasons why we can expect to witness a false flag attack here in America sometime in the next six months.

My Spidey sense tells me this is coming sooner rather than later. I am concerned that such an engineered attack is right now being drawn up and implemented by some dark, rogue group of government operatives who are treasonous in their intentions, and that in the aftermath of it all, we will almost certainly lose even more rights and freedoms, just as we did in the aftermath of 9/11.

Predictions for the next false-flag terror attack in America

Watch for an attack to happen on a Monday or Tuesday because that maximizes the news cycle for the week. When government announces something that it doesn’t want people to know about, it always announces them late on Friday, because most people are distracted with getting off work early and headed out for the weekend.

Tuesday is the ideal day to stage a false flag attack because it catches people at work and gives the event four days of mainstream news coverage which is, of course, completely engineered from false government propaganda. (9/11 took place, of course, on a Tuesday.)
