A newly leaked US Army Military Police training manual for “Civil Disturbance Operations” outlines how military assets are to be used domestically to quell riots, confiscate firearms and even kill Americans on U.S. soil during mass civil unrest.

The document (PDF), which is dated 2006 and was used for a self-learning course at the U.S. Army Military Police School at Fort McClellan, makes it clear that the operations described in the manual apply to both “CONUS and OCONUS,” meaning inside the Continental United States and outside the Continental United States.

The document outlines how military assets will be used to “help local and state authorities to restore and maintain law and order” in the event of mass riots, civil unrest or a declaration of martial law.

The manual also describes how prisoners will be processed through temporary internment camps under the guidance of U.S. Army FM 3-19.40 Internment/Resettlement Operations, which as we reported earlier this year, outlines how internees would be “re-educated” into developing an “appreciation of U.S. policies” while detained in prison camps inside the United States.

On page 20 of the manual, rules regarding the use of “deadly force” in confronting “dissidents” are made disturbingly clear with the directive that a, “Warning shot will not be fired.”

• Hispanic unemployment is unchanged at 11 percent
• And for something like 40 months in a row, the Obama White House has used virtually the same quote on its website (“it is important not to read too much into any one monthly report”) over and over and over again. Because they care.

'Homeland Security' Report Lists 'Liberty Lovers' As Terrorists...

A new study funded by the Department of Homeland Security characterizes Americans who are “suspicious of centralized federal authority,” and “reverent of individual liberty” as “extreme right-wing” terrorists.

While largely omitting Islamic terrorism – the report fails completely to mention the 1993 World Trade Center bombing – the study focuses on Americans who hold beliefs shared by the vast majority of conservatives and libertarians and puts them in the context of radical extremism.

the following characteristics are used to identify terrorists.

– Americans who believe their “way of life” is under attack;

– Americans who are “fiercely nationalistic (as opposed to universal and international in orientation)”;

– People who consider themselves “anti-global” (presumably those who are wary of the loss of American sovereignty);

– Americans who are “suspicious of centralized federal authority”;

– Americans who are “reverent of individual liberty”;

– People who “believe in conspiracy theories that involve grave threat to national sovereignty and/or personal liberty.”

The most flagrant example was the infamous 2009 MIAC report, published by the Missouri Information Analysis Center which framed Ron Paul supporters, libertarians, people who display bumper stickers, people who own gold, or even people who fly a U.S. flag, as potential terrorists.

The rush to denounce legitimate political beliefs as thought crimes, or even mundane behaviors, by insinuating they are shared by terrorists, has accelerated in recent months.

Republican Congressman Ron Paul from Texas, states on his website:

This new law requires an RFID chip implanted in all of us. This chip will not only contain your personal information with tracking capability but it will also be linked to your bank account. And get this, Page 1004 of the new law (dictating the timing of this chip), reads, and I quote: “Not later than 36 months after the date of the enactment”. It is now the law of the land that by March 23rd 2013 we will all be required to have an RFID chip underneath our skin and this chip will be link to our bank accounts as well as have our personal records and tracking capability built into it.

The recently leaked PDF document ” Internment and Resettlement Operations” dated Feb 2010 is a long and fascinating document. This document appears to be a “soup to nuts” manual on setting up and running resettlement camps and penal facilities both in and outside the US. In the manual people are put into different classifications. Each of these classifications will have different treatments specified for each of them.

Tax cheats were given $1.4 billion in government-backed mortgage loans under President Obama’s economic stimulus, and the government doled out at least an additional $27 million in tax credits to delinquents who took the first-time-homebuyer tax break, according to a government audit released Wednesday.

Under government rules, delinquent taxpayers are supposed to be ineligible for the mortgage insurance program unless they have reached a repayment agreement with the Internal Revenue Service. But the Federal Housing Administration didn’t have the right controls to weed out bad applications, said the Government Accountability Office, Congress‘ chief investigative arm.

         Congress made all these contracts for themselves. Serving in
         Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers
         envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their
         term(s), then go home and back to work.
 

Talk about mixed messages. The president who just unilaterally declared that 800,000 illegal (and mostly Latino) immigrants can be trusted with the rights and privileges of citizenship has also declared that Latinos can’t be trusted with forks…at least, not if they’re in the same room as His Holiness, Barack Obama.

Of course, Latinos will have to eat that salad with their fingers.

Barack Obama infamously observed that “the private sector is doing fine” almost a week ago, but like a piece of road kill ripening in the sun, the statement is emitting more of a stench with each passing day.
For starters, let’s make it very clear that Obama’s words were not “taken out of context” as the Libs would have people believe. In Obama’s so-called “economic statement,” he cited anemic job growth in the private sector (which he magically took credit for) as the reason “the private sector is doing fine” before declaring that what this country really needs is another hiring binge of government bureaucrats who produce nothing but red tape and grief.
But it’s the unending stream of bad economic news which really shows the callousness – if not downright insanity – of Obama’s declaration.
Jobs in the private sector are down – way down. In fact, there are currently 4.6 million fewer people working than when Obama started “helping” the economy. Although happily for those people who are paid (and very well paid) with our tax dollars, Federal employment has skyrocketed up 11.4% since 2008.
Then the Federal Reserve issued a report saying that since Obama’s election, the median net worth of families has dropped by nearly 40%. Hey, the president promised “change” – right?
But to Barack Obama, all of this really is “fine.” Because each devastating blow to the private sector represents more people who are forced to put their hand out for government goodies. More people who will start to believe the propaganda that America’s problems come from the oppression of the evil rich rather than the intervention of the determined Marxists.
And more people who are willing to trade away their votes and their freedom in return for promises which will evaporate – again – if Obama is granted a second, nightmarish term.

This involves “galvanic skin response” bracelets that kids would wear so their engagement levels could be measured.

That’s more than $1.1 million that could have been spent on things that schools actually need, such as books, teachers, librarians, etc.

Last Friday, just after Barack Obama declared in a special news conference that “the private sector is doing fine” and “candy grows on trees in my world and everyone can fly,” the president was blindsided by an actual question from an actual reporter which clearly got him wee-wee’d up.

Specifically, the reporter asked about the devastating series of leaks of classified information which are destroying our intelligence capabilities while – entirely coincidentally – portraying Barack Obama as a military strongman who could kick Rambo’s ass without putting down his ice cream cone. Leaks which seem to come directly from the Whitehouse.

A clearly peeved president responded that the suggestion anyone in his administration could be involved with revealing classified secrets just to make him look good was “offensive,” adding “we could do it, but that would be wrong.” No wait, that last statement was from Nixon. Sometimes we get the two of them confused.

So egregious are these high-level leaks that only hours after the embarrassing questioning, Attorney General Eric Holder – entirely coincidentally – appointed two attorneys to lead criminal investigations into any “unauthorized disclosure of classified information.”
STOP EVERYTHING! It’s time to play “Spot the Weasel Wording!” Did you catch it in Holder’s statement? (tick, tick, tick…)

Time’s up! The weasel word was “unauthorized.” Meaning if Holder’s investigators (one of whom was nominated by the president, and who has given thousands of dollars to Obama’s campaign) discover that the leaks were authorized from within the Oval Office, they can honestly report that they found “no unauthorized leaks” and therefore no criminal activity.

Sure, some people might say that it’s criminal to prop up Obama’s declining popularity by throwing our allies to the wolves, endangering American lives, and compromising our ability to run intelligence operations in the future…but unfortunately, none of that will stand up in a court of law.

The court of public opinion is an entirely different matter, though. And if it can be shown that high-level members of the Obama administration or the president himself is behind these leaks, the judgment should be harsh, the punishment swift, and be administered by the voters of the United States in November.

VERY QUIETLY OBAMA’S CITIZENSHIP CASE REACHES THE SUPREME COURT

In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has Released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College … Released today, the transcript school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California.

The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.

This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama’s legitimacy and qualification to serve as President article titled, “Obama Eligibility Questioned,” leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama’s first official visit to the U.K. In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama’s legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey . This lawsuit claims Obama’s dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president.. Donofrio’s case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama’s citizenship or qualification to serve as president.

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama’s campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U..S. Attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter…

So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later?

And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi , what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?

The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama’s citizenship a rather short and simple one.

Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?

A : Yes, by his own admission.

Q: What passport did he travel under?

A: There are only three possibilities.

1) He traveled with a U.S. … Passport,

2) He traveled with a British passport, or

3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.

Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?

A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. .. State Department’s “no travel” list in 1981.

Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.

If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.

If a liberal is homosexual, he demands legislated respect.

If a conservative is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation.
A liberal wonders who is going to take care of him.

If a conservative doesn’t like a talk show host, he switches channels.
Liberals demand that those they don’t like be shut down.

If a conservative is a non-believer, he doesn’t go to church.
A liberal non-believer wants any mention of God and religion silenced. (Unless it’s a foreign religion, of course!)

If a conservative decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or may choose a job that provides it.

So you may see me saying one thing…I’m doing it different. You gotta trust me on that. There will come a time in all of this…it’s gonna get tough, it’s gonna get weird…you’re gonna feel used up. Betrayed. When we reach that point, and we will – I’m tellin’ you now – we will reach that point…trust is what will keep it all together. If we don’t have that…they win. And if they win – we all are gonna lose and lose hard.

UM: I need to your to expand on the Drone thing – Obama’s love of using the drones. You say you “got the goods” – your words. What do you mean?

WHI: It’s what has been brewin’ for well over a year now…it’s causing all kinds of hell between the administration…the military…infighting and concern among the staff…even Jarrett don’t have a handle on all of it. Even she is not entirely comfortable with how the president has sunk his teeth into the drones…the kill list. She’s not bothered by their use specifically…she’s more…I would guess she’s more worried over the political implications of Obama’s obsession…that eventually enough people will stand together and say ENOUGH. She can’t afford to have that happen too soon…the re-election makes them all vulnerable…the plans…the obligations to others…America can still stop them in 2012 and she understands that. So having Obama so oddly focused…not just focused…he gets excited…visually…the guy gets off on it and he ain’t even hiding that fact anymore. And some are repulsed by it. They’ve done video reviews you know…of the missions. The drones. The kills.

UM: The president you mean? He watches videos of the drone attacks?

WHI: Yeah – like it was…like it was porn. I can’t emphasize…I don’t think I’m painting a clear enough picture here for you of how this thing has people really freaking out inside the administration. It’s good on one hand because it’s got more of them willing to talk…but…the fact it’s gotten this bad…these drones…an American president who has the video sent up to his personal study so he can watch them over and over again…like I said – sh-t ain’t right. And more and more people are figuring that out – and that is what has Jarrett concerned. But even she…Obama won’t listen to her on this one. Those drones are the one thing he really feels he has control over…all the rest…he’s been told what to say and where to go…when to wake…when to sleep…but the drones. The drones are all his – and he ain’t given those up. For nobody.

Obama Campaign Again Urging Supporters to Report on Non-Believers

Turning back to that page out of Stalin’s handbook for good citizenship, the Obama campaign has revived its program of asking Americans to inform on fellow citizens when they see someone, some organization, some politician, or some news outlet “attacking” the Obammessiah.

Some of you may recall the black eye that team Obama got when it tried to do this before. Obama’s Attack Watch was heavily lampooned.

One of the best tools that the East German and Soviet regimes had to keep the average citizen of their oppressive regimes in line was a program that urged citizens to tattle on their neighbors, that taught children to tell on their parents, and expected workers to rat out their co-workers. If someone came to the government informing on a fellow citizen, that citizen was praised and rewarded.

Now, Team Obama has gone all Stalin on us again with yet another such effort, this one called the Obama Truth Team. The new effort sports a page on the Obama-Biden website where you can “Fight Back: Report an Attack.” (See screen shot of page HERE)

There, Team Obama gravely informs its acolytes that they can “report” on anyone not spouting Team Obama’s mantra.

There is also a hand-dandy form you can fill in to inform on whomever you think is not sufficiently sold on America’s Svengali in Chief.

But, Obama has done this now at least four times. Along with today’s new effort, there was Attack Watch, Fight the Smears, and Flag.gov. Obama has indulged the tattletale system many times in his short tenure at the White House.

The sad fact is that this whole mien is thoroughly anti-American.

The chief form of free speech that our founding fathers were keen to protect was political speech. They wanted no limits on that speech. Not only that but they wanted a political discourse free of intimidation, too.

So, for Team Obama to urge people to inform on each other over matters political is a disgusting, un-American thing to do. Unfortunately, it seems that such unseemly, un-American attitudes form the basis of the Obama worship we’ve become so inundated with these last eight years.

Revealing: A list of keywords used by government analysts to scour the internet for evidence of threats to the U.S. has been released under the Freedom of Information Act

The Department of Homeland Security has been forced to release a list of keywords and

phrases it uses to monitor social networking sites and online media for signs of terrorist or other threats against the U.S.

The intriguing the list includes obvious choices such as ‘attack’, ‘Al Qaeda’, ‘terrorism’ and ‘dirty bomb’ alongside dozens of seemingly innocent words like ‘pork’, ‘cloud’, ‘team’ and ‘Mexico’.

Released under a freedom of information request, the information sheds new light on how government analysts are instructed to patrol the internet searching for domestic and external threats.

The words are included in the department’s 2011 ‘Analyst’s Desktop Binder‘ used by workers at their National Operations Center which instructs workers to identify ‘media reports that reflect adversely on DHS and response activities’.

Department chiefs were forced to release the manual following a House hearing over documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit which revealed how analysts monitor social networks and media organizations for comments that ‘reflect adversely’ on the government.

Now that a reckless prosecutor in the Trayvon Martin case has the progressive Left’s street muscle all fired up, perhaps DHS staging a faux-Obama-assassination attempt (as the informant purports they’re planning to do) could trigger the widespread rioting and looting throughout major US cities that Obama needs to inflict martial law and cancel the November election. But Axelrod won’t be leaving that to chance: the source also speaks of persistent rumors that Louis Farrakhan in on the CIA payroll, and that he’ll be utilized in rabble-rousing masses of blacks and Muslims -in concert loyal Obama allies like the New Black Panthers- ‘by any means necessary’.

But interestingly, their anonymous ‘White House Insider‘ recently said very similar things re pending US riots and subsequently cancelled elections, except the trigger in his view would be the likely Supreme Court defeat for ObamaCare, bringing a ‘Summer of Healthcare Riots‘. 

Harry Reid: American Senator Or Treasonous Turncoat?

Who exactly is Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid working for? According to numerous news stories, Reid has blocked an attempt by Republicans from closing a tax loop hole that gave away $4.2 BILLION of our hard earned tax money to illegal aliens! The scam is simple. Hispanics come into this country illegally, get themselves an Individual Tax Number from the IRS (because they can’t get a social security number without proper documentation), and then proceed to claim as many dependents as they want. This allows them to obtain some pretty hefty refunds from the United States Government for outright lying! They claim their children who are back in Mexico (or wherever), nieces, nephews, cousins, or whoever they can find or remember.

The IRS has had this situation brought to their attention, and their response, as reported on cable news and the internet, was something to the effect that “it’s Congress’s problem to fix.” Alright , then the Republicans offer a bill in the Senate that Harry Reid says he won’t bring to the floor for debate or a vote “because it is no big deal!” $4.2 BILLION of our money given to people who have no legal status in this country, and it’s no big deal? You, as American citizens, would be fined and probably thrown in jail if we tried to perpetrate such a scam, so why is our illustrious Senate Majority Leader blocking any attempt to fix this? Could it have something to do with the coming election?

Each year, roughly 7,000 blacks are murdered. Ninety-four percent of the time, the murderer is another black person. According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, between 1976 and 2011, there were 279,384 black murder victims. Using the 94 percent figure means that 262,621 were murdered by other blacks. Though blacks are 13 percent of the nation’s population, they account for more than 50 percent of homicide victims.

Frankly, Barack Obama’s ads attacking Mitt Romney sound almost identical to the ads which support Mitt Romney – the most significant difference being that Obama’s team plays the theme from “The Exorcist” under Romney’s long list of accomplishments.

Seriously, look at the things Romney is being accused of: having earned significant wealth, making businesses more efficient (including downsizing when necessary – a concept utterly foreign to Washington), a proven record of executive experience as a governor (not as a “community organizer”), and a quietly dedicated churchgoer who apparently believes in everyone’s freedom of religion including Catholics.

Of course, in the world of politics, there’s nothing new about attacking your opponent’s strengths… but this strikes us as something truly different.

Why? Because the Obama campaign is attacking Romney’s virtues because they are “virtues”…with the expectation that these laudable qualities and traditional American values are abhorrent to those on the Left. And Obama’s campaign strategists have made this decision based on their candidate’s own repeated rejection of those values.

So far, Obama’s “hate the American dream” attacks aren’t doing much damage to Romney – and are causing confusion about just what the president stands for.

Or, more accurately, they’re clearing up confusion about what the president stands for…and that may prove to be a devastating miscalculation when it comes to winning the hearts, minds, and votes of Americans who increasingly want a job-creating executive in the Whitehouse instead of a smug Marxist on the golf course.
