Situation Update, Dec. 8th – All ballots after Nov. 3rd are NULL AND VOID; Texas files lawsuit with SCOTUS to nullify rigged elections in FOUR swing states

Today’s Situation Update covers the bombshells now getting catapulted into the election battle, with a legal analyst revealing that the U.S. Supreme Court has already ruled in 1997 (Foster v Love) that all ballots received after midnight of Election Day are null and void.

This means the vote stuffing, early morning rigging and subsequent ballot “discovery” schemes by the Democrats are all unconstitutional and therefore null and void.

It also means that all the swing states which simultaneously paused their ballot counting on the evening of Nov. 3rd, deliberately allowing post-election ballot fraud to take place, shall have their own elections nullified, along with all their electoral votes.

Once presented with this information — which apparently just got activated with a surprise Texas lawsuit filed with SCOTUS before midnight last night — the U.S. Supreme Court must rule that those swing states must now use their state legislators to appoint electors rather than relying on the fraudulent, nullified, rigged elections that used Dominion Voting Systems.

Because the federal government appoints states to carry out elections to fill federal positions (such as President), the U.S. Constitution has jurisdiction over state elections when those elections involve federal officials and violate the U.S. Constitution.

Failed elections nullify all votes, not just some votes, not just late votes, not just illegal votes.  The election itself is void in late States.

Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. Additionally, Texas argues that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause. Finally, Texas argues that there were “voting irregularities” in these states as a result of the above.

While lawsuits from individuals must first go through lower courts, when states sue other statues, the proper venue is the US Supreme Court.

Supreme Court Agrees To Hear Texas Election Lawsuit…

Georgia’s DeKalb County Doesn’t Know if Chain of Custody Records for Absentee Ballots Exist

Georgia’s Dekalb County does not know if it is in possession of the ballot transfer forms used to record the chain of custody for absentee ballots dropped into some 300 drop boxes around the state.

The Georgia Department of Voting, Registration and Election responded to an open records request for the transfer forms from Georgia Star by writing that “it has not yet been determined if responsive records to your request exist.”

The Star noted DeKalb’s reply was odd in a couple ways. First, ballot custody forms are required to be used by election officials under Georgia’s law. So surely the DeKalb elections director should — at a minimum — be able to quickly say whether the required forms exist.

Second, the Star said DeKalb County is the only county that has failed to provide such forms upon request. The paper noted it has requested and promptly received ballot custody forms from several other Georgia counties.

Carlson played the video clip, which was posted but then deleted from Chinese social media, in a segment that was tweeted by Trump. The video showed Renmin University professor Di Dongsheng bragging that China has been able to “fool the United States” through a network of relationships with top leaders in American government and business.

Site Notes ‘CLUSTER’ of Biden Votes from Mental Hospital Patients

The largest cluster of votes received in Wayne County, Michigan was from the Walter P. Reuther Psychiatric Hospital, which provides treatment, care, and services to adults with severe mental illness. 97 patients at the facility either applied for a ballot or are register as absentee voters, and 78 appeared to have returned their ballot.

Given that the psychiatric facility in question specifically states that it caters to those with severe mental illness it should be investigated what mental capacity these voters had and whether these ballots were potentially abused. It is my understanding that there is no capacity test for voting in Michigan, although state law allows for one to be applied.

It makes sense that those with severe mental illness would support Biden. Needless to say, you vote for the candidate that most closely mirrors your views.

Still, as it turns out the mentally disturbed may have gotten their votes stolen. OK, they DID get their votes stolen.

Trump Win Validated by Quantum Blockchain System Recount of Votes

A recount of voting ballots nationwide was being done by elite units of the National Guard by early Sun. morning 8 Nov. To prevent fraud official ballots had been printed with an invisible, unbreakable code watermark and registered on a Quantum Blockchain System.

As of this writing, in five states 14 million ballots had been put through a laser scanner – 78% of which failed because there was no watermark to verify the ballot. Of those that failed 100% had checked for Biden.

An initial test showed that according to water marks on validated ballots fed into the Quantum Computer, Trump won re-election by over 80% of the legal ballot cast. The final validated vote tallied in that test: Trump 73.5 million votes to Biden’s 25.9 million – and that didn’t even account for Trump votes that people observed being tossed and never accounted for.

Interesting enough, those figures corresponded with the two men’s Twitter accounts: Trump had 88.8 million followers to Biden’s 16.6 million.

Using ‘infra red’ equipment that read which ballots were real, or fake the elite National Guardsmen had been deployed to the twelve targeted states of Alabama, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Texas, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Washington, Virginia, Delaware, Illinois and Kentucky. In all nationwide, over 500 National Guardsmen were on guard over all ballot counting units.

There was much more to the tests for fraudulent voting. In addition to the watermark these official ballots also contained ink made of corn, which created an electronic radiation circuit ID that could trace the location of that ballot through GPS transmission. In other words, they could trace if the ballot was filled out by the person named on the ballot.

The Trump team would be filing a number of lawsuits on Mon. 9 Nov. They had been preparing for this for a long time under an election fraud investigation called Project Veritas.

In Pennsylvania alone Trump’s legal counsel Rudy Guliani had testimony of 50-60 poll watchers who claimed being deprived of an ability to inspect mail in ballots.

Nationally, noted attorney Sydney Powell (rumored to be appointed the next FBI director) said, “Hammer and Scorecard – the NSA Security Software turned illegal Election Software – ran an algorithm that gave Biden a 3% vote advantage in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada and Arizona.”

Rest assured, all legal issues would be accounted for by the time the Electoral College met on 14 Dec. 2020. By then real election results – post court battles – would determine all legally cast ballots. The joint session of Congress would make the election official on 3 Jan. 2021.

RED ALERT: Dems collude with CIA to launch intelligence operation that ALTERS voting machine results in Pennsylvania and other swing states

Janda’s guest in his latest broadcast is a former high-level intelligence official (Lt. Gen. Tom McInerney) who warns that the Dems and the CIA have put in place a mechanism which can alter the voting results of electronic voting machines in key swing states (like Pennsylvania) that will determine the outcome of the election.

This covert technology is called Operation Scorecard, and it was built by the CIA to surreptitiously steal elections in targeted countries. Now, that technology is being turned against the United States of America and is about to be activated on Tuesday to steal the election for Biden, explains Janda’s guest.

As McInerney explains in the video, after the closing of polls in Pennsylvania and other swing states, the voting machines will be intercepted and then altered using complex algorithms to alter the votes in a way that evades detection, handing a victory to the pre-designated “winner” (Joe Biden).

In the interview, he explains that a covert app called “Scorecard” steals votes by making sure Democrats always stay about 3% ahead of their Republican rivals. “Scorecard steals the elections by tampering with the computers at the transfer points,” he adds.

This also explains why Joe Biden recently said, with great clarity, “We have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.”

Latest Voter Data Analysis Finds 1.8 Million More Registered Voters Than Residents in 353 Counties

In addition, eight states, including Alaska, Colorado, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Vermont, were found to have statewide registered voter totals that exceeded 100 percent of eligible voters, according to the nonprofit government watchdog.

These results come on the heels of previous studies by Judicial Watch and a precious few other organizations that have found voter registration rolls to be grossly out of date and inaccurate, despite the fact that, under federal law, they’re supposed to be kept updated and current.

Oh, and by the way, not much has changed since last year; a similar analysis of 372 counties by Judicial Watch found more registered voters than people in the county.

Reports claim 440,000 questionable ballots sent to deceased or inactive voters in Calif.

“What you’re seeing here are the ballots that are coming in from mail or drop boxes and these ballots, the first stop they make is this device which captures the signature of the voter and then we make the comparison to the voter’s signature on file and then we open the ballot if it’s eligible,” he explained.

According to the letter, the state sent ballots to voters who have likely died or moved in the last decade. The report notes these individuals have been inactive for up to 20 years yet are still considered active voters.

Meanwhile, thousands more California voters have received two or more ballots due to individuals being inaccurately registered in multiple places in the state.

This comes as Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) issued an executive order earlier this year, allowing universal mail-in voting among registered voters
